Long time no postage

Hi all. I know it's been like forever and all, but if you knew how much energy it took to just read this LJ thing, little own make a post of any substance...

On January the 26th this year all the stressors at work came to a head and I lost it big-time. I had a huge meltdown and plunged into a well of panic and despair.

Improving? - Yes and no. Vanessa and I just got engaged on Sunday - Yay!

But the health situation is still kinda going downhill. My shrink is suggesting about 3 years from now I might not need to take medication, and maybe could have a steady job again.
