Meme taken from gehayi:

If I made Cinderella, the audience would immediately be looking for a body in the coach.
- Alfred Hitchcock

When I write a story, what do you immediately look for?

Winifred. Narnia. Pern. Wee Harry Dresden. Sweet stories that contain snapshots of love--not always romantic love--and friendship. Gentle humor. Tenderness that makes me say "Awwwwwwww." Happiness.

Awwww... *blush*... thank you very much! I know 'sweet' and 'happy' aren't everyone's cup of tea, but it's what I like and I'm glad you look for it in my fics. :) <3

Winifred totally wearing the pants in the relationship.

(That being said, Bob would make a dress work.)

EDIT for historical pondering:

In that time period, men were in tights, weren't they? So no one gets to wear the pants! *snort*

Hee! I see them more as partners. (Winifred: *arches one fine black brow*) However, I suppose... ahem... there just might be some precedent in what I write. :D

Bob would TOTALLY rock a pair of tights, just sayin'. *laugh*

Well, we all know how well his actor does. Mrowr!

Still... It's a good thing the TV show never had a time travel episode, because a good 5 minutes of it would just have been Harry laughing. Hard. Possibly on the floor. Then probably getting chased by Hrothbert-- "HOW DARE YOU MOCK A SORCERER?!"

Light-hearted stories brimming with affection and-- and usually greenery (plants in the setting or as the setting-- herbs, forests, flowers).

I do write in a lot of greenery, don't I? *grin*

I love the outdoors/nature and I guess it shows--though I hadn't really thought about it before-- so it stands to reason it spills over in my writing. Anymore, my kids' comments on my picture-taking are along the lines of: "Another flower?", "Nice tomato plant, Mom" or "Who wants to see a close-up of a cicada bug? Ick!"
