Schreber limps his way up the pier, puffing and panting because he has hurried all the way from the gate down in the Stranger's old labs. He lurches to a halt a few feet away, hesitant to interrupt, and leans shakily on the railing. Schreber mops his face off with a handkerchief and watches Murdoch with worried eyes.

"I... well I haven't found the... world itself, no, but... Oh John I've had an awful... thought and I had to come tell you..." He sounds genuinely distressed, more out of breath than usual. "But I'm not sure how... to explain. It's this Nexus... place..."

*winces inwardly, but only glances at him briefly and nods, moving over to make room for him at the end of the pier* Sit down. Take deep breaths...or...something.
*picks up a bottle of bourbon from beside him and offers it to Schreber. It is mostly full; clearly he's been drinking, but not to the point of intoxication.*
