Dammit! My house has almost 100GB of data usage which expires by 12midnight today but none of us can connect to the network! Stupid people stealing our internet has screwed up everything. I can connect and use for like 1 second only before it stops working. Argh!

can you switch service at all?... or are you stuck struggling with internet as long as you're renting the house?

The stupid thing is we had no internet at all only until now because the original owner kept giving the excuse that he was busy and didn't settle our internet. Now that the owner has changed, we get internet but lots of problems. Switching service is not an option because this provider is one of the better ones.
I think the problem is either the modem or the fact that because our password is very very hackable, too many people are trying to use it at the same time so we people living in the house can't connect to the network. Hopefully we'll figure a way out to change the password.
