Another Story

Well, a few people liked the last one I posted, so I thought I'd try another. This one is basically straight from a dream I had about a year ago, which should explain the rather laxical approach to causical sense-making. I decided I really wanted to keep the feel of the dream.

Here goes:

I notice a number of similarities. You could make it a collection. Do you always dream about ray guns? I thought aliens only used them in the fifties. I am not very helpful right now. It's like I don't have the good program for change. I should be using the latest version of Photoshop, but all I have is Paint from a decade ago, and not enough RAM. So everything else is running really slowly and I have to hit end-task a lot. In my head. Like now. :)

I noticed similarities, too! Ray guns are crucial to over-the-top alien landings. I'm not sure if I dreamed the actual word, but it fit the picture well.

Hope you're weekend was wonderful!

Very interesting. Kind of shocking, and depressing, but also interesting because only some people will understand the little girl's desire to "see the stars."

Interesting. I don't see it as depressing. I love that dream because it told me something about depth within life. Mortality is just as much a part of the beauty as the stars themselves. I can't remember which sci-fi program it was that said that for a word to have any meaning there must be silence before and after it (actually, yes I can, it was BSG). The girl knows that. She knows that all life ends, but she got the experiences of a lifetime in hers, she got a fantastic journey.. She took her own life, her own death, and grabbed the chance to make them beautiful.
