I stood on the scales this morning and i'm happy to announce that i've lost 4kg. I now weigh a massive 60kg!! Sheesh,i don't mind being heavy as long as i am loaded with muscles and not fats!!!! I need to continue doing more cardio at the gym, cut down more on carbo, work harder to get rid of the big butt, big tummy, big......(:P)
