Maybe I did... and maybe I didn't! ;) Last chapter House was seeing Amber, even though others couldn't see her - now House is seeing himself on the bus, having died... but are others perceiving him as dead? LOL, all will be revealed in the next and final chapter (kind of).

It's very ok that you're not adding anything constructive; I have been working on this since July and to be honest, the only editing I want to do now is to add the italics when I copy and paste it to LJ. I really like this fic, but I'll be glad to be done with it. Some fics though, I just can't get enough of. I think I've worked too hard and too long on this - I really overthought it. Next time I'll be more spacey. :)

Yes, everyone seems to be miserable in this story! Spoiler alert: things eventually start looking up for everyone when the fic finishes (the next chapter is the last).
