It's a touch too early in the morning, and i'm getting a taste of posting via iPhone. I'm
Loving the touch screen for everything but typing. A stylus may be in order.

You may be just the thing that it takes to prove to Sharon that OS X is not, in fact, the same as System 7, which was apparently her last interaction with the OS.

Well, as we live in a mix religion household ( Mac, Windows), I do my best to create an environment where we respect each other's OS.

For example, I welcomed her Dell, helped ensure it has a lovely place to call home.

Offbalance has been tolerant of me mocking all the ongoing attempts Microsoft has made at marketing ( "Not cool enough for Mac?" No, just not cool enough to be in a good commercial, confused girl who gave up a good laptop for the extra cash.) She was also patient while my underpowered MacMini struggled with the web.

But things are better now. The new mac can stream from Netflix, chows on websites like PacMan on crack, and is the fully developed piece of technology it needs to be.

It's less about converting her, and more not cackling with mad, mad glee everytime I see a machine that can rock OSX do it's job on my desktop.

Note that a regular PDA stylus won't work on the iPhone because it is designed to detect a human finger, not a plastic stylus. Amazon has some that should work.

FYI: The mini is a good candidate for Craigslist, if you don't want to deal with shipping it.
