My journal's telling me it's been 9 weeks (9 WEEKS!) since my last post. It sure as hell doesn't feel like it has been all that long. It's nice to see I have loyal friends and that nobody has given up on me and dropped my ass in my absence ( Read more... )

So interesting about the ASL class you're taking! Did you keep a straight face to the horny woman? ;)

"Horny" woman's name is Delores, who still can't figure out how to make a letter "d" and constantly flips everyone off when signing her name. I guess if she ever attempts to tell anyone that she's hungry, she'll really be signing that she's a horny fuck.

I'm ashamed to admit I haven't had a chance to pick it up yet and it doesn't look like I'll be able to until I get paid next week. I was tempted to download it, but I really want my first listen to be the real deal.

It's classic Siouxsie. The last song alone makes buying it worthwhile. The new PJ Harvey is also equally amazing.

I've read mixed reviews about the PJ Harvey disc. People are slamming it for being too piano heavy, which makes me believe I'll probably think it's awesome since I love bitches with pianos. The most recent review I read said the new one was better than her last one and, since I loved her last one so much, I'm sure I'll really enjoy the new one.

I'm DYING to hear the new Siouxsie one though!

Welcome back, stranger!

Sign language! That's awesome. I wanted to learn it and teach at the School of the Deaf in Rome, NY many moons ago. I guess I got that out of my system.

Now keep working on getting the whole law school thing out of your system and you'll have it made. ;)
