Ick, I don't think I could ever date someone who smokes. Only because I hate it since my mom smokes and it's just unattractive.

don't discredit him because he smokes. you could ask him not to do it around you, and if it is a problem for him, you know not to involve yourself with a relationship.

Smoking is bad, and yes I'll admit if I weren't a smoker, I would be turned off by dating one. Not that I'm turned on by smokers, but I understand the social stigmas tied to smoking.

Glad you are doing well, and hang in there hun. You are a strong woman, and will look back years from now and be amazed at how much you overcame and conquered with vigilance.
