Can I hear a heavy sigh? Cause this is our second to last Big Bang rec post this year. Yep, there is only one more week with Big Bang stories - ergo, next Sunday will also be our last special rec post.

Same here, same here!! :) I esp. love that both of them weren't perfect. It made the whole feel of the story way more intense and real.

I can't recommend Between Zzyzx and Henderson enough - so so so amazingly simple and real. The romance is almost easy in it's straightforwardness but the life is hard and gritty and them finding each other helps smooth it out.

I LOVED that one, too!! Such an amazing story. I loved the pace of it as well as how the writer handled the whole situation and topic. It just felt realistic because, as you've said, when is life all peachy and easy?
