We all know my massive problems with eating! Although I've been doing slightly better the last few months, I still have a long way to go. I have good days and bad days.

I like to get a some mixed frozen berriers (usually raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. I put those in a blender, with some orange juice, and a few table spoons of plain vanilla yogurt (Not greek yogurt though) and a little bit of ice.
blend it up and enjoy. it's so so yummy!
