I'd love to see a HS AU where one of the Js has always wanted the other, but is unsure of the other is gay or not, or if they would be open to their advances if they were. Cue the halloween party/masquerade dance... and they get the courage to make their move because the other doesn't recognize them in their costume. Bonus points if the object of their affection actually DOES recognize them, but pretends they don't because they think the other one's shyness is totally adorable. Bonus bonus points if one of them accidentally tips their hand by gasping out the other's name in a moment of ecstasy.
