They both look good on you, but fucking EVERYBODY has black hair now. Besides if you change yr mind you'll have to wreck the hell out of it to get it red again.

yeah the damage issue is the #1 reason I haven't done it yet... Fucking black people hair bleach.. took nearly 2 years to grow out most of the damage

my shade is already borderline non-conservative for where I work. I am told it was a point of consideration when I was hired. So two-toned-ness... probably not going to fly :(
