I guess I'm pretty apathetic to politics. I guess it's not just politics, but world affairs. I hide behind the term "moderate" to avoid political discussion and argument. I have my strong beliefs, sure, social issues that affect me day to day, week to week. But on most factors I'm pretty ignorant. And if I'm ignorant about something, I'm ( Read more... )

Why not? Everyone else already does. Maybe you can divine facts about the Allied invasion of Normandy from pixelated videos posted on YouTube.

I don't think it's necessarily a huge loss to be ignorant of specific facts about specific cases, though apathy to politics probably is a loss.

Is it entirely apathy or an unwillingness to share those views with others?
