Room 406, evening

Nov 05, 2006 19:40

Isabel is finally feeling more like herself after Friday's argument with Max and last night's odd dream. That's why the door is open as she plays with Annie, laughing as she used her powers to send a ball of crumpled up paper around the room for the cat to chase.

[ooc: details of the conversation with Parker are NFB please!]

Parker had not been showering all day to get the prison smell out of her hair. She'd been soaking in the tub.

But there's only so long you can do that, so, feeling human again, she ventured out to catch up with people. "Hey. Hey, Annie. Okay, that's... pretty damn funny."

"She seems to enjoy it," Isabel smiled. "So how was your weekend?"

"Ohhhh, interesting." Parker wandered in, and kicked the paper ball closer to Annie. "The band got arrested. And a shot at a recording audition. There were bikers. And a drunk girl with a traffic cone on her head."

Isabel facepalmed. "Oh my god. Well I suppose I suppose interesting would be one word to use."

Alanna knocked on the door, Faithful in one hand.

"Not much." Alanna answered and dropped Faithful near Annie. "Play nice." "Mrowr." "How 'bout you?"

Isabel watched Faithful with Annie. "I'm kind of glad she doesn't talk. I'd be very afraid of Faithful as a role model. And not much. I can't believe break is over."

Peter decided to bug Isabel for a bit tonight. No real reason for it, he just wanted to. "Knock knock."

"Hi Peter! Come on in. How are you feeling?"

"Not bad. Then again, I was pretty much the only person who didn't spend time in a Maryland prison this weekend," Peter said.

Isabel laughed, "I heard about that. I'm very glad I decided not to make the trip. But what I really meant was that I'd heard you were sick last week. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to bring chicken soup by."
