Wyatt dropped himself down on the couch. "So, are we supposed to go out and find jobs now?" he said. His own graduation was next weekend, but he was done with all his classes now.

"Such as?" Wyatt prompted.

He wasn't entirely blind to the level of organization needed to plan a wedding, but he was happy to let her handle most of the details.

Smart boy. Just turn up in a tux at the appropriate time on the right day and all would be well.

"The biggest thing is who's going to be doing the service. I guess I need to track down a justice of the peace or something."

"Unless you're down for a Wiccan ceremony," Wyatt suggested. "Could see if Grams could come down and do it. She married Mom and Dad."

Though he had to wonder how they worked out the legalities of that.

"That's an option. And it would be nice to have family involved." It was a nice idea, and it would certainly be more meaningful then some random official. But who would do the paperwork? "But would it be legal? Maybe we can convince Bel or Ronan or someone to register with one of those online sites and become an internet minister. It could be a joint ceremony."

Wyatt snickered. "Except if it's Ronan, when we get to the 'you may now kiss the bride' part, he'll consider it an invitation to kiss the bride himself. And the groom."

"And wouldn't that make for some interesting pictures in the album," Isabel snickered. "Well kids, that's when dad and I got married. And accidentally married Uncle Ronan at the same time."

"Well, polygamy's legal in about 20 states in my time," Wyatt said, pretending to look thoughtful. "It could happen."

While she wasn't a huge political junkie, thanks to Josh Lyman's influence one long ago semester in Fandom, Isabel had a pretty decent handle on the politics of the day. "Okay, now I want you to orb the entire current Republican leadership to the future. Just to make their heads explode."

"Nah," Wyatt said, keeping his face Perfectly Serious. "They'd get too excited about President Palin."

One eyebrow raised in an arc of Holy Crap. "Now that is one scary, scary thought. I might need to rethink the whole moving to San Francisco thing."
