Lol at your title. ^_^ I have to pick up Geass again. I watched the first 5 eps last year, but didn't get any further than that. Maybe I'll pick it up again when Adult Swim airs it.

I can't read that as anything but Code Gayass since I don't know how to pronounce Geass :C

Also, deus ex machina makes me think of Maken X, ohohoho *A*

Maken X (the X was supposed to stand for deus ex machina) was an Atlus game that came out for dreamcast that isn't known by a lot of people. It was a first-person slasher where you played as a weapon called Maken. A head researcher developed Maken, which basically would be able to manipulate a persons soul to make them stronger. Well, of course the head researcher gets kidnapped, so his daughter lets Maken posses her so she can save him. In order to get information, Maken will brainjack people, which is pretty much just taking over that persons body. But no matter how many people you brainjack, the researchers daughter always stays inside Maken's mind since she was first and she asks you questions that effect which ending you'll get. There were like 7 different endings, I think. The only different endings I can remember is you can either enlist the help of the Blademasters, who were the good guys, or you could side with the Hakke, who were the bad ones ( ... )
