The official Video of the Theater Costume Segment from Debut 2012 has been released at last! May I present our costumes for Phantom of the opera

I'd been meaning to watch this for a while (sort of lazy), but thanks for posting. It's gorgeous! I'm especially amazed by your Carlotta. That outfit was just perfect in every imaginable way.
Thank you! I was a little disappointed they didn't show a shot of Carlotta at the end of the runway, but oh well, you get some nice close-ups during the phantom walk.
:) I got permission from my school to "check-out" my costumes to wear to labyrinth of Jareth! I'm going to grab pierrotte and the ballerina. Pierrotte is stretchy and I just need a new bodice for the ballerina (It's going to be a silver corset) Altering Carlotta would just be too many alterations than I have time for right now.
Yeah, I'm sad that there wasn't more of Carlotta, too, as that costume is *amazing*. (Not that the others weren't, but that one had me drooling. It is perfection.)
That is so awesome that you get to check out the costumes. I can see how Carlotta would be a lot of alterations. Plus, I'm not sure that I'd want to risk something like that at a party. (Then again, I suppose if you never wear it. But still...)
Thank you, I am glad you like Carlotta so much. I felt like in the show she got side lined a little because a lot of the audience didn't know who she was. All of the photos from the event (Even from FIDM) all call her Cleopatra.
I'll get them all back permanently in January (After they are at the presidential inauguration) So I could always wear Carlotta to LOJ next year. I Don't know where else I wear wear that kind of costume except for a photoshoot/costume con?
I'm going to have to practice wearing the wings and tutu around so I can get the hang of not bumping into things!
