Rob Morrow and James Marsters have worked together before. JM was a bell hop on an ep of NX. The out-takes are kind of hilarious.

I can see how that might pose a problem. If it helps, I kept thinking of him as Bernard, the Elf In Charge from that Tim Allen Santa Clause movie at first. I did get over it eventually, thank goodness.
