Well, the license plate has those letters divided by a little heart: RKY (heart shape) LCY

So: "Ricky loves Lucy."

Ah, thanks. I did wonder if it was "Ricky" and "Lucy", but I didn't realise that the thing in the middle was meant to be a heart.

On a Jeep? Well, they seem to have excellent taste in vehicle choice.
