October Challenge Open
Your challenge is to write a poem based on one (or more) of the following themes.
Stylistic Theme:
Nonet
You may write a single nonet or a series of connected nonets.
Character/Pairing Theme:
Miroku
You may write Miroku singly or pair him with anyone you wish.
Word Theme:
Ghosts
You may interpret "ghosts" any way you wish.
Guidelines:
*You may enter as many times as you want. You may utilize the themes more than once. For example, you can write more than one nonet entry, or more than one entry about Miroku, etc. If you want to combine two or all of the themes, that's fine, too (for example, writing a nonet about the ghosts of Miroku's past).
*Poems may be any length. If you choose to use the Character/Pairing Theme or Word Theme, your poems may be written in any style. If you choose to use the Stylistic Theme or Word Theme, your poems may be about any IY character(s) or pairing(s).
* Use the posting format detailed on the profile page.
* Subject line must be entitled "October Challenge" or I will assume you don't want to enter your poem in the contest.
* Poems must be brand new, written specifically for this challenge.
* Please label your tags "oct 07". Non-challenge poems should be labeled "non-challenge". It's ok if you forget, but it makes it easier for me to differentiate the two.
