I just spent the past three days up in Tehachapi, at Ari Bhod.  I went up there to help Lama Gyatso out.  I figured if I want him to do my wedding, I need to be giving something back.  Honestly, I wasn't sure I'd enjoy being up there, but in the end I had the TIME OF MY LIFE.  It was probably the single most rejuvenating thing I've done throughout
