Friends with Fresh Bread

Ellipticcurve came over last night with a beautiful scarf from France, fresh bread and ratatouille.  The scarf is lovely and will be put to use as soon as the hair starts falling out. The ratatouille is possibly the best soup that Eliipticcurve has ever served me, and she is a WHIZ with soup

All I have to say about the bread is that I successfully bribed myself with it this morning. "Get up, self," I said to myself, "and we will make French toast." And lo! It worked!
