Well, I made it until 3:30 in the morning. At 3 am I took a full melatonin. I know they don't work for everyone but they do a pretty good job of knocking me out. When I was going through my meltdown and not getting enough sleep I'd take 1/3 of one so I wouldn't be a total zombie the next day
