So we're having a great time playing Left for Dead, then we start to make dinner.  Wow, I knew he had it in him =)  I think I mentioned that he's a culinary school graduate.  (still in school though to further in nutrition).  I may have not mentioned though that he's pretty submissive in relationships and in general.  He does stand up for himself, ( Read more... )

You have a Tim!
I love my Tim. I hope it's better than just best friends for you but it is wonderful to have it be that anyway. As you know Tim and I have a bit more than FWB anyway. So glad you had a good experience. I think you learn more about someone by cooking or grocery shopping than any date can offer. How they select things, how they search for things, do they get frustrated, do they co-operate, do they defer to good advice, do they consider all the options or jump right in? etc. It's wonderful information.

I want to base even our friendship on things that matter to me. My first "relationship" with a guy was in 6th grade, lasted 2 years, was purely looks, second (my 10 year one) was based on looks and he was such a nice and honest guy. This time, I want the looks, the nice guy plus the foundation of that great friendship. The day I ask him (nothing wrong with "believing" in ( ... )
