I apologize, it is difficult to make all of the blacks and seams come out with this crap camera. My newer camera is dead.

Haha I lol'd. "Too bad the doll's tits are so small."

It looks really awesome so far and I can't wait to see the finished product!

Just put some pads in her dress... does that work for dolls? I guess they can't be pushed up..

Unfortunately for this style of dress, I can't really pad it. I've already thought about it!

Looking really good for just starting out! It makes me want to try with some of the loose dollies I have :3

Do you use a sewing machine, or it's all needle & thread? Also, looking at everything you have set up, how do you figure out the shape for each of the pieces that are put together - is there a pattern you work from?

Unfortunately, I do not have any patterns so I am just sort of faking it from real patterns. This does not really work because doll anatomy doesn't make any sense. Also, when sewing on this scale, every tiny mistake becomes amplified. Normally if you're slightly off on a seam of something, no one will ever notice, but when things are so tiny, the smallest change makes a huge difference.

Also I use a machine most of the time but sometimes I have to go back and reinforce with hand sewing. The sleeves especially have to be sewn by hand!

We all go so juvenile when talk of doll tits comes about ^^;;; !

You're not using patterns or anything, then? Just trial and error?

Yeah. I'm looking at real patterns and have some experience with drafting patterns but I'm too impatient to order some online or something.
