#139: Icons

The X-Files icons were made from the "one cap per episode"-series I did on tumblr. That's why they are all very simple and look so similar ;)

Wow, so many gorgeous icons in this post!! My faves are the Blacklist and the Black sails icons; all the creative cropping and the pale, contrasted colors in the Black Sails icons give them such a unique, lovely look. And they look super good as a set but if I have to pick individual faves, my eye is drawn to 10, 11, 15 and 18 in particular. And 4&5 are probably my favorites from the entire post, the muted coloring and the light contrast looks just stunning *___*
of course there are other wonderful icons here as well; I love the crops on 19&25, the duotone coloring in 24, the lighting in 27, the sense of depth 37&56 have with the far and close crops put together, and I also love the colorings on 45 and 50 a lot :)

I was very happy with how the Black Sails icons turned out as a set for the7days. There are very simple, but I'm so thrilled by all the positive reactions I got :D
