002 - I'm not bored.

It's a lot less "exciting" around here than I thought it would be.

Don't get me wrong, now: I'm not complaining about the quiet - I already had a little talk with someone about that. But I don't have an inmate and things are quiet, so I guess what I want to know is this:

What do you all do around here? You don't just eat, sleep, eat, sleep and ( Read more... )

Really, though.

So you keep track of boring days for fun?

Truth be told, he's bored too, but he's not about to admit it bob_fraser_snr May 7 2010, 21:39:05 UTC
Well, we read, have philosophical discussions and get along with assigned tasks. I certainly agree with you with regards to the threadmills, I have nihilistics thoughts whenever I'm on one, which you would imagine would have been prevented by the endorphines released.

I do take daily walks through the barge, however.

Forget that nihilism versus endorphins shit. I want to kill myself, but you can't throw yourself in front of a bus when you're on a goddamn treadmill.

Well, you certainly use the threadmill to send you flying into a bus. Fortunately, we don't generally have a lot of buses in the North.

CES. It creates an all-natural environment for...you. Something like that.

[Voice] - Now? The voice recorder. She WAS writing. iwillfuckuup May 7 2010, 21:49:58 UTC
I know what the CES is.

No one told me there was a way to talk to one another. How long has this thing been on?

Hold it. Who are you?

There are plenty of things to do. There are people to talk with and befriend. There's a library, an art room, a gymnasium, a kitchen, an ecosystem enclosure, a garden, and no small number of other things to do, at least one of which ought to catch your fancy, and they don't even need to be provided, if you're willing enough to look for your own activity. I happen to agree with myself- TARDIS maintenance is quite engaging. I believe some might even call it 'zen.'
