Do you have an e-mail address or something ? cause call the US from Europe isn't exactly free lol but you can also let them know that europeans, brazilians etc ... won't watch without LE :)
Just sent an email to Kevin Reilly letting him know he's lost another viewer and I'll be boycotting his FOX advertisers until Cuddy's contract gets re-upped somehow. Hoping Lisa Edelstein can be woo-ed back. Poor lady, she didn't desreve this but I can't respect her more than I already do because she's shrewdly gotten the word out in time for it to affect her final appearance on the show. Karma IS A BITCH!
I'm a lurker at this comm (lazy writer, you know?), but today I find it hard to calm down and therefore came out of the hiding.
I wrote Fox the following lines, as this is exactly how I feel:
"Dear Sir,
I've been watching House since five years and always enjoyed it. However, after the disastrous S7 (especially the second half of it) and the quit of Lisa Edelstein, I find it impossible to continue watching.
I'm sad that my favourite TV series ever fades out on its knees instead of ending with a boom and its head held high. Still, I hope that there will be some way out of this miserable situation.
A devastated fan."
I'm convinced that Lisa had a good reason for her decision- and I don't mean the money. Rather the way she was treated by FOX for her political activism.
This is one of the occasions where I'm super happy to live in a liberal European country, where things like gay rights, sexual education etc. are set and are not used as part of a weird political discussion from some fundamentalist dudes.
