i think so because shore had another show in the work but that got canned at the last min due to budget so fox ordred an extra ep i think thats what happened anyway

if it was, we would've thought that House was going to try to be better (again) and that House and Cuddy could've had a future (again) instead we get an additional episode to crush our hopes and kick our metaphorical puppies.
