Something is really really wrong this season, look at Foreman who doesn't care anymore about House taking again vicodin, in opposite from his behavior in the finale of S6.
It's like Mayfield period was useless, House learns nothing. They're hiding something big. And how can Cuddy let him practice again when she knows he can have hallucinations sooner or later?

something dont add up here and I am starting to put the clues together prob wrong conclusion but who knows eg the women house is supposed to marrry is the same name as the restrant in ep 3 unwritten and is it me he hasnt be wearing a watch ok like i said prob nothing but things dont add up oh well thanks

I hope they're doing it on purpose.
Either their actions are unintentional (at this point it would suck all the way) or they indeed have something on their twisted minds.
As I wrote before - if they're planning something it better be damn good - explaining this whole mess.
If not we'll just be (or not) witnesses of great show falling slowly and painfully apart .
all we can do is wait and see...what pisses me off cause I wanna know it asap :>
