And here's a pair of sparring partners - they've only ever used wood swords, because Elured was being ResponsibleTM and didn't want any trouble with Aaron, of course.

If Adrian told them where his room was, a pair of identical heads might poke in to say hello - if he didn't, they might be hanging in the corridor. Either way, when they see Adrian, he'll get a stereophonic...

He didn't get to tell them, but he'll happily bump into them on his way to the kitchen. Like this: bump. "Hello, hello," he grins. "I was just on my way to the kitchen - care to join me for a... um... late meal?" It's still morning for him, what?

They boys chuckle, and shift to be one on each side of him. "Late meal, huh? You're incorrigible." But sure, one of them is already poking his head in the fridge.

"I don't eat much anyway," he says in his defense, opening and closing cabinet doors till he decides on a mocha yogurt and some muesli. "So how have you guys been, eh?"

Asato doesn't have to be told where the room is, he can sniff Adrian out just fine. Though he wouldn't dare come in without an invitation. He's been scolded often enough for that.

Though, if Adrian happens to look out his window, there is a cat sitting/hanging just outside, scaling the wall.

"Look who's here." Adrian beams and strides over to open the balcony door. It's such a pleasant evening outside that he immediately throws himself in one of the rocking chairs. "Come here, buddy, join me for a lazy talk!"

"You're in a happy mood," Asato observes, swinging down to the balcony and sitting on the railing around it.

"I had a good -- day sleep, I guess," Adrian smiles, lighting up a cigarette. "What about you?"

It's been a while since they've seen each other, and many things happened ever since, but Adrian remembers him and will nod enthusiastically in his direction when stepping out on the porch to have a smoke.

"It's been a while," Adrian butts in, his eyes sparkling in the light provided by his own fingersnap. "I've been good, mostly. A lot of things happened."
