Pride: I like my creativity and the fact that I have it. I can't imagine what life would be without the impulse to make something, crafty or artsy or writing-wise, because I think it enriches and adds a depth to my life I wouldn't have otherwise, and it always gives me a sense of achievement when I manage to make something I really like.

Gluttony: This is going to be weird, but lentil soup/stew. Lentils are so delicious and I love them in almost every permutation, done in a stew or soup with rosemary and tomato, done in Indian dal, made as a stew served over rice, etc. Ahhh lentils.

I *love* lentils. Went off and made a lentil curry after I commented last night, in fact. :D Oooohh and lentil soup! Red lentils, green lentils, Puy lentils, it's all so, so good.

FYI - substituting red lentils for the minced beef in a spag bol makes a really tasty vegetarian pasta sauce.

In other news, I'm thrilled that you are proud of your creativity. If you would understand the Creator, look at created things - one thing I'm with Julia Cameron about is that we are co-workers with a Great Creator in our world.
