I loved this. I adored that the reason Kelly couldn't handle sex with Nathan wasn't that he was thinking bad things about her, but that he actually cared.

Thank you! I was confused by that scene because both of them were tossing out come and get me vibes all over the place, and I was trying to get into Kelly's headspace and work out what she was thinking there. With my bias in place, of course. XD

I think Nathan would be thinking 'dirty' thoughts about her, but at the same time be really earnestly eager to please. The scenes they have together are some of the only ones he has where he's being thoughtful and not a complete dick.

I thought it was one of those Cordelia/Wesley situations where they THINK they want each other and when they finally kiss (or finger) the chemistry is just off.
