So, there's this kid at the daycare who has been here since he was four. He's always been a case of poor behavior- not listening, disrespectful, and he bullies the little girls

I wish I could say something uplifting, but I can't. When I worked at a Headstart, a kid who was just like that acted the same way. This kid even threatened to shoot all of us. The family didn't do a thing about it and he was basically just taken to another school.
So many children are not given the chance and time they need.
It's just depressing that I can't do more for them. I'm hoping to arrange a conference with the mother today and try to get her to see that he needs one on one care with someone who knows their child psychology and can help him.
One little sister, two much older sisters. The much older sisters are not dominated by him at all, and neither is the younger. I've never seen them (brother and sister) being affectionate towards each other like the other siblings in the class are, though. I think there's resentment on this kid's part that his sister/s are normal and have friends and socialize, and he can't. (Also, the girl is a better athlete than him. Faster, more agile, better balance.) He might get a gold star for being a boy, but I think he also has an inferiority complex

That's really disappointing to read. The kid clearly has problems, so why isn't anyone doing anything about it? What about your supervisor(s) at the daycare? Is it within their ability to help this kid? Maybe get him an aid or something, because honestly, it sounds like he need one.
Yeah, I've...had him for four years, and everyone knows about this. I don't know if his mom Gets It. I know I talked to her when he was four about how behind he was from the other kids, but nothing ever came of it. I expressed multiple times that my opinion was he needed a program to help him with learning difficulties, but...nope. I think his school even suggested he had autism (which I saw a mile away), but he is not, as far as I know, involved in any care. I don't think calling child services would do anything but make problems, since that seems to be for abuse and this is just...stupidity.
