hurray for the REM cycle!

I got a decent amount of sleep tonight! No taking weird, post-work naps and waking up at eleven only to stay awake until four AM! Of course, I also slept like a log. This is not a complaint, merely a statement. I woke up once at six AM and went back to sleep until 9:30. And now, here I am! Fully rested! Sleep is a wonderful thing!
