burned 300 calories on the elliptical, ran a mile, and did upper body/ab strength training for an hour this morning. i'm having one of those stranger (but better) days where my body has somehow found some fuel to stay awake and be energized on - yesterday was the worst. i thought i was going to pass out and was so tempted to binge just to have the ( Read more... )

i miss you!!! i do know exactly what you mean about your parents. what you were saying reminded me so much of the book i just read..SECOND STAR TO THE RIGHT. i recommend it! please feel better! keep your chin up!

hey, I stumbled onto your journal (please don't think this is creepy) and I don't have one ( to explain the anonymous comment). But i need to loose 20 more pounds in 7 weeks and was wondering if anyone could give me pointers. What to eat when i need to would be good and anything else you feel like writing....
