I backed mine up too thanks to hilltop posting a backup program. Not that mine is that interesting lol.

As with many things LiveJournal, there hasn't been a real announcement of any "problem" with LiveJournal.

Short version, SUP, the Russian owners of LJ, laid off between 12-20 (depending on what you read) of their 28 person workforce in the US.
