You will have Anita prosecuted, but will you prosecute Anita's murderer?

I want Ophelia punished. There are courts and "laws" here? I want her prosecuted and jailed. She has admitted that she killed Anita. Killing her will do nothing. I want her contained!

Asher, he can't do anything unless Anita presses charges. We'll talk to some of the others, maybe enough of them will come forward. You know Anita will want to even things on her own.

No!

Ophelia confessed. Anita doesn't need to press charges, Ophelia is a confessed murderer.

Convince her. You're the humane one! There is no evening out. Ophelia has killed before Anita and will kill again.

Convince Anita that she will help more people if Ophelia is contained than if she pursues an endless cycle of vendetta.

I'll talk to them Asher, I promise, I'll do everything I can to see that she's punished and is prevented from doing this to anyone else.

It maybe best to filter this from Ophelia and Millennium.

Asher.

No matter what Richard says, Anita need not press charges. The warden can press charges on behalf of the city.

I thought as much. I will see it done.

Light Yagami, yes?

Yes. But he is not always reliable to handle these affairs. Arthur is a much better option, but he may be hesitant to act on Anita's behalf.

Perhaps I can be of assistance.

Acting in your role from home?

I know you have no love for Anita, but this can be argued to be a matter of justice rather than personality.

Does Anita wish to pursue this course of action, then? As much as can be seen, this matter can be dealt with in the court of law.

She's still dead!

When she's alive.

Containment is an option. She can be monitored 24 hours a day. Will this be acceptable?

As there is no option of a cross-bound coffin, it's a start.
