I think eating healthy and exercising will help ease your mind, but please remember how beautiful, gorgeous, sexy, wonderful you are, how many amazing things your body can do, how happy and healthy you are. And we all feel this way. I have friends that are a size 2/3 that have days when they feel "huge". We're not huge, we're all normal and we all look great. <3 <3 <3
