How awesome! We don't have any analogous festival where we dress up in costumes. How boring. For a country that has most kinds of festivals to be missing this one.

ha! this is true! I am going to a Dilwali gathering on the 25th here, they are throwin a party in the park, Im sure it will be grand!
I will take plenty pictures when Im in town, I hear its wild and crazy!
