I considered Titan, Valefor, and Gilgamesh, but I'm going with Alexander overall. It normally has a single-attack high-powered holy move, but in some games it also has spells like protect and shell, which fit a bit more with your answer to the boss fight question. It's more based around skill, isn't elegant but isn't... dark-destructive either, more like just powerful. While it's normally alone, in IX it protects some of the main party members, which is more of a sense of togetherness, and it's more might based overall.
I was definitely thinking of Gilgamesh and Alexander at first...so, since someone else also thought of Alexander I think it is a good idea to just trust my instinct! Anyways...I think in some games, Alexander can really fit for your boss fight strategy since it can offer things other than simply just attacking, but it also provides one single powerful attack in others too! I think Alexander definitely has presence. It also definitely fits for your Skill, Destruction, and Might preferences...and it can protect in some games, so it has that Togetherness preference too. XD
I really, really like the Alexander vote for you! :) In several of the games Alexander is featured in, I could see Alexander fitting for your boss fight strategy really well (as Alexander is often portrayed as being a guardian figure and more observant in a way, while still being a powerful summon in terms of attacking potential). Alexander has a lot of presence and majesty to its design and summon animations in many of the games it's in as well. Alexander is a very strong offensive-based summon, and often has a single powerful attack depending on the game too. I could see Alexander having more of a Skill, Destruction, Might, and Togetherness preference as well given some the game and story context it has in certain FF plots too! :D
I really like the Alexander vote for you, for reasons I'm not going to really bother going into since everyone before me has said it so much better.
That being said, I do want to give you some voting variety, so here goes: Knights of the Round. Extremely damaging, but since it's obviously the Knights of the Round Table, there's definitely a strong association with loyalty and togetherness there. (And even if it wasn't, it's thirteen knights cooperating to kick your opponent's ass. That really ought to count for togetherness.) It's a very powerful summon with a great deal of presence, and it's capable of one-hitting almost anything in VII once you get it - and it works with Quadra Magic, or so saith the wiki. It's definitely not a luck-based summon given the amount of time you have to invest into actually getting it in the first place, too.
Yeah I'm going with Alexander too XD He has a majestic sort of presence to him (which in this case means flashy), and your emphasis on strength is really helping my case here: if I remember correctly Alexander is usually one of the stronger summons in the game, being obtained fairly late in the game. It usually only has one incredibly strong attack, and it fits your checked answers pretty well (he's destructive, full of might, and like the_404_error said, it protects party members in IX so it has a sort of togetherness sometimes :D)
