I loved reading this story again. Like all good fairy tales it has elements of adventure and comedic fun and scare in it. The image of Horace 'taking a glitter poop' on the remains of the tooth fairy would make a child laugh uproariously even if the parents were horrified.

Luckily Sarah's too young to understand what her father objects to in the well endowed Horace.

Poor garden gnomes. Not very effective at being a distraction for the tooth fairies due to their fearful nature. I'm glad they found a home with the Snapes.
