So i just went and swam for the first time in like a year....wow im freaking out of shape so im gonna start swimming more

but i have to work at 6am tomorrow so sleep is sounding good

you should swim sunday in teh masters meet, even if your out of shape you cna own some of those old people...except for maybe DeFauw if he comes back again...
