i'm going to do a reinstall of windows today but i don't want to lose all the artwork i went through so much trouble to find and add in itunes. if i back up the itunes folder in my documents folder, will that save all my album artwork? i see there's a folder in there called album artwork.

Is there a Music Videos listed under the Library on the left side of the playlist area? I seem to remember it being near the top under Library but nothing is there now. When I go and edit the info for my music videos and label them as music videos, they disappear and only show up listed in with all the other music files. I end up dragging them ( Read more... )

This is driving me crazy ! When I go to the File - Add Folder to Library command to import a folder of music, it will often import doubles of every song.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Is there a way to do a Replace in itunes? I want to change "Matchbox Twenty" and "Matchbox 20" to "matchbox twenty" and I'd like to do it all in one or two steps rather than changing them one by one.

I have a question about podcast volume. Is it determined by the way it is recorded? I have to turn my volume way up to hear certain ones at what I consider a normal level (most of them, actually) and when any regular sound alert pops up on my computer, it's SO LOUD ( Read more... )

Quick, silly question. Did iTunes "fix" the order in which songs are listed in alphabetical order? When I used to put them that way, ' and ( and ... used to come before A, but now it seems to ignore the special characters and put those songs into whichever letter comes first. Was this in an update and was there a reason for it?

Anyone know if it's possible to download older podcasts with iTunes? Easy with an RSS feed, but I can't see an obvious way of doing it with an iTunes feed.

Podcasts I download ALWAYS seem to be very quiet, and I turn up my volume quite a bit to listen to them. Is there a setting I could adjust so that I could listen to it at a reasonable volume and not have every other sound or wav file that plays be REALLY LOUD?
