I love the build-up, the "does he want me to? does he???" back-and-forth in Kris's mind. It reminded me of that teenage first date feeling when you don't know if the boy wants to hold your hand or not - which shouldn't fit so well into a story with grown men about to have hot sex, but it totally does.
I like how you get into Kris's head, especially the way you describe it as being like a slideshow he's watching. That's just beautiful imagery, and such a perfect description.
And the ending, of course, was beautiful and sweet and just *sigh* perfect.
This will be on my "must read this again" list.
