This idea of this story came to mind the second day of the prompt when I actually did finally see the wren clearly for the first time as he ate some food on the floor outside my window, just after I had opened my net curtains!

I wouldn't really class myself as a bird watcher (as in with a list) but then I realised recently that I do recognise them and their songs and know which birds I might find wherever I am, much more than all my friends lol!
