I love how very relatable this is. And how you've got this whole, "we see what we want to see" thing going on with your two characters, what with them thinking the same thing about each other. What an interesting take on the prompt!

I loved the twist in this, that it turns out that they are both jealous of each other and each thinks that the other sucks all the attention out of a room. Very nicely done!

I hoped that the ending would be unexpected, but yet work well as a conclusion.

The line “You are the wind beneath my wings.” was the factual part of the story. It was the thing that the friend who Izzy is based on, used to say regularly to my other friend, who would then privately moan to me about how much she hated it being said to her!!
