[Looking up in the branches, Ling can see something shimmering. Smirking, he climbs the tree and retries it, his eyes widening almost to the point his pupils can be seen.]

Finally, I've found what I'm looking for. The key to immortality. [Now to figure out how to activate it. He starts messing with the cord, the lever to make toast, and rubbing the side of it.]
